At Terry Carter Music Store, we want you to love your instrument; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Instrument

Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
